• Age At least 30 years

• Provide technical leadership and architecture direction for a scalable, secure ERP system built on Python/Django.

• Design, develop and maintain ERP modules using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.

• Ensure high code quality through best practices, clean architecture, documentation and rigorous code reviews.

• Design and optimize databases using MySQL/PostgreSQL with strong focus on performance, integrity and security.

• Lead, mentor and manage software engineers, including task allocation, sprint planning and delivery timelines.

• Manage production deployment and server infrastructure on Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) using Nginx and Gunicorn.

• Implement system reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization across application and database layers.

• Develop and maintain secure, well-documented RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations.

• Enforce application security and compliance following OWASP standards, authentication, authorization and data encryption.

• Drive continuous improvement and R&D, evaluating new technologies, tools and DevOps practices (CI/CD, cloud).
