∎ Must have excellent spoken ability in English.
∎ Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
∎ Be confident and able to approach people.
∎ Must have good knowledge about IT.
∎ Duty 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)
∎ Graduated in English.
∎ Excellent communication skills with customers in appropriate accent.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending client's queries, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately appointed as per organization rules and regulation.
∎ To carry out the daily operations of the customer service through only outbound call, live chat, video calling, texting and Email with the foreign client.
∎ Communicate fluently in English.
∎ Responding to customer questions and complaints over phone/online.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information.
∎ To interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.
∎ Keep up to date with necessary information, new launches, promotions etc.
