• The applicant must be smart, energetic and proactive.
• Should have leadership skills. 
• Advance computer skill is required with good typing skill.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Business Development, ITES & BPO Industry.
• The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Manual & E-GP Tender or Government procurement and project, Tender documents preparation, Presentation preparation, Report making, Proposal development.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manual and E-GP tender management.
• Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Rules.
• Basic Computer Literacy: Email, Office Applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Articulate with outstanding written and oral communication skills in English language.

• Identifying new business opportunities and developed existing work.

• Highly self-motivated, target driven and with a proven track record of consistent over achievement.

• Ability to work under stress.

• Confident to take any challenge.

• Building long lasting relationships with clients and must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation if arise.
