Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Review Operator to help maintain the quality and integrity of our platform. The Review Operator will be responsible for reviewing user-submitted content, verifying compliance with platform guidelines, and ensuring a safe and reliable user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Review user-submitted content and information for accuracy and compliance.
Identify and flag fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or inappropriate content.
Approve, reject, or escalate submissions according to company policies and review guidelines.
Document review decisions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related issues.
Monitor platform activity and report suspicious behavior.
Maintain review quality standards and meet productivity targets.
Follow established procedures to ensure consistent review outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
