Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Relation Officer will be the primary point of contact for our customers.
∎ He/She will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
∎ The ideal candidate has to be empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare Sales Proposal and follow-up digital marketing
∎ Maintain and keep necessary data and documents
∎ Department: Roan Accessories
∎ Joining: As soon as possible
