Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
∎ Maintaining knowledge of products or services offered by the company
∎ Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
∎ Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
∎ Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new offer, packages
∎ Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales executive
∎ Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
∎ Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
∎ Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries.
∎ Maintain & update daily various google sheet reports
∎ Perform any task assigned by management
