- Tourist visa processing
- Assist applicants with documentation before applying for visa.
- Preparing Documentation & Submitting All visa applications for various countries.
- Counsel applicants regarding visa application
- Prepare tour itinerary.
- Collect customer reviews.
- Achieve Personal Target.
- Answering emails and IP phone queries.
- Reply social media quires.
- Handle guests.
- All Communication with clients for marketing & selling holiday packages.
- Perform duties assigned by the management
