Responsibilities & Context:
∎ নির্দিষ্ট নোটবুক/সফটওয়্যারে কাস্টমারদের অর্ডার লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
∎ একইভাবে নির্দিষ্ট নোটবুক/সফটওয়্যারে কাস্টমারদের পেমেন্ট লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
∎ প্রোডাক্টের কুরিয়ার সি.এন অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারদের ডেলিভারী প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্তি সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হওয়া।
∎ কাস্টমারদের সাথে কমিউনিকেশন করে সেলস্ এর ব্যাপারে সাহায্য করা।
∎ কাস্টমারের ডিউ থাকলে ডিউ রিমাইন্ডার দিয়ে দেওয়া।
∎ মার্কেটিং টীম এর ভিজিট করা কাস্টমার এর তথ্যগুলো ভিজিটিং কার্ড/ছবি অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট ফাইলে এন্ট্রি দেওয়া।
∎ এম.ডি স্যারের ডে-টু-ডে বিজনেস এর খুঁটিনাটি বিষয়গুলো নোট করে রাখা এবং তা যথাসময়ে উপস্থাপন করা।
∎ নির্দিষ্ট নোটবুক/সফটওয়্যারে কাস্টমারদের অর্ডার লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
∎ একইভাবে নির্দিষ্ট নোটবুক/সফটওয়্যারে কাস্টমারদের পেমেন্ট লিপিবদ্ধ করা।
∎ প্রোডাক্টের কুরিয়ার সি.এন অনুযায়ী কাস্টমারদের ডেলিভারী প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্তি সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হওয়া।
∎ কাস্টমারদের সাথে কমিউনিকেশন করে সেলস্ এর ব্যাপারে সাহায্য করা।
∎ কাস্টমারের ডিউ থাকলে ডিউ রিমাইন্ডার দিয়ে দেওয়া।
∎ মার্কেটিং টীম এর ভিজিট করা কাস্টমার এর তথ্যগুলো ভিজিটিং কার্ড/ছবি অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট ফাইলে এন্ট্রি দেওয়া।
