Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely working with the Managing Director.
∎ Ensure all daily operational functions of Managing Director's are completed smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Prepare and report for MD as directed time to time.
∎ Draft/prepare memorandums and business correspondences for Managing Director.
∎ Cross check the documents before it goes to the Managing Director Desk.
∎ Provide telephone coverage - answer executive phones, take accurate messages, know executive's where about at all times, handle urgent calls with appropriate judgment.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Responsible for handling all secretarial and coordinating activities of the Managing Director.
∎ Coordinate with the management team & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Enduring the accuracy of all documents provided.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
∎ Handling the travel plan and travel details.
∎ Plan, manage and execute public relations and media communication.
∎ Maintain registers & files and keep records relating to meeting & prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Maintain a database on different information, reports, addresses, contracts Nos. etc.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned time to time by the Managing Director.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
