Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Must have a bike license and bike-driving experience.


Responsibilities & Context:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.

Compliance & Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
  • Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audits.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Cost Optimization:

  • Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Supervise daily administrative activities, including office maintenance, supplies, and correspondence.
  • Implement and oversee administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.

Human Resource Support:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Oversee staff schedules, attendance, and leave records.
  • Address employee queries and ensure a positive work environment.

Policy Implementation:

  • Develop and implement administrative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Manage company assets and inventory.

Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead a team of finance and administrative staff, providing guidance and training.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior management.
