Additional Requirements: - Must have a bike license and bike-driving experience.
Responsibilities & Context: Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
Compliance & Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Cost Optimization:
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Supervise daily administrative activities, including office maintenance, supplies, and correspondence.
- Implement and oversee administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
Human Resource Support:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Oversee staff schedules, attendance, and leave records.
- Address employee queries and ensure a positive work environment.
Policy Implementation:
- Develop and implement administrative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
- Manage company assets and inventory.
Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead a team of finance and administrative staff, providing guidance and training.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management.
