∎ The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with clients.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend inbound and outbound calls of clients.
∎ Effectively communicate product benefits and bring potential client to visit the office.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Accurately document customer interactions and sales progress.
∎ Able to shoot video for our social media platforms.
∎ Follow up after sales service-related call of potential clients.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
