We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business in the European job placement sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manpower industry, with proven expertise in securing and managing contracts with European employers.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to selling. Ability to identify customer pain points and develop tailored solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our network in Europe.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients/candidates.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients/candidates.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skill·

• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction·

• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently·

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
