Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Marketing Officer, go to the corporate office and meet with a representative to create awareness of our products.
- Act as the point person for outside, inside, and partner sales teams.
- Track market and company sales performance. Work closely with marketing teams to create programs.
- Promote the company's existing products and introduce new products to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Supervise, monitor & Maintain Clients to achieve the given sales target of the assigned sales division.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
- Perform any tasks assigned by the management.
