∎ 1-2 years of experience in sales, healthcare services, client relationship management, or caregiving coordination.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and caregivers.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle urgent client needs.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and documentation processes.
∎ Prior experience in healthcare, or service-oriented businesses is a plus.
∎ Willingness to travel for client visits and assessments.
∎ Ability to work flexible hoursPassionate about improving healthcare and caregiving services.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up with potential clients (individual families and corporate clients) to convert leads into sales.
∎ Present AYAT Care’s caregiving, nursing, and nanny services to prospective clients.
∎ Maintain a structured database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
∎ Understand the client’s needs and provide expert counseling on appropriate care solutions.
∎ Guide families through AYAT Care’s service options and help them select the best home healthcare, elderly care, or childcare solution.
∎ Assist clients in navigating healthcare concerns and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
∎ Conduct home visits to assess clients’ care needs and ensure proper service alignment.
∎ Perform quality check visits to monitor caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
∎ Onboard healthcare professionals (caregivers/nannies/nurses) at client locations and ensure smooth service initiation.
∎ Oversee and coordinate healthcare professionals (caregivers, nurses, nannies) assigned to clients.
∎ Provide guidance, support, and performance monitoring for caregivers on duty.
∎ Ensure compliance with AYAT Care’s service quality standards and protocols.
∎ Collect, document, and address client and caregiver feedback, concerns, and complaints.
∎ Work closely with the operations and quality assurance teams to resolve service-related issues.
∎ Maintain high client satisfaction levels by ensuring effective problem resolution.
∎ Maintain accurate records of client assessments, service agreements, and feedback.
∎ Prepare and update service reports, client history, and caregiver performance logs.
∎ Ensure compliance with all healthcare and documentation protocols.
