∎ Experience in team management, internal and external communication and research.
∎ Experience in GOB counterparts dealing
∎ Report writing skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Analytical ability to monitor data and understanding of participatory monitoring
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skill
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package
