Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum Post Graduate degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ Retired army person at least in the rank of warrant officer will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin HR, Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after and ensure daily administrative work of a large 100% export oriented manufacturing industry.
∎ Plan and implement all sorts of precautionary measures in order to ensure that the factory and its premises/ properties are secure from the hazards of fire, pilferage, trespassing etc.
∎ Liaise with Government offices and other relevant agencies/ org. related to company's business.
∎ Provide protocol service to the high officials, expatriate consultants/ employees and customers/ buyers.
∎ Do, ensure and manage BOI related activities for foreign officials if any.
∎ Oversee all disciplinary actions, separation and full and final settlement of workers and staffs and ensure that all actions are taken as per applicable Labor Law & labor rules.
∎ Resolve employee grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Ensure, develop and maintain labor-management and compensation management within the industry.
∎ Ensure, develop and maintain employees/ officer's health-hygiene, safety & welfare issues.
∎ Communicate with the workers on a regular basis and motivate them to achieve production targets complying to work and safety standards.
∎ Interpret, communicate and implement applicable HR policies & procedure within the organization.
∎ Do, monitor, control disciplinary issues relating to workers & staffs Grievance & in disciplinary activities and manage properly by keeping proper records and documents.
∎ Should have handle, manage & resolution of employees conflict as well as grievance issues.
∎ Manage, maintain and ensure a good labor-management relation.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 and it's amendments in 2013 and labor rules 2015.
∎ Handle, control & manage security personnel and Admin Staff.
∎ Ensure all necessary & applicable amenities/ entertainment for Officers, Staffs & Workers.
∎ Keep record of official accessories/ stationeries and its uses, maintenance & management.
∎ Periodical reporting on Administrative Status to the departmental head and Director-Operations & Accounts.
∎ Control and manage company's transport pool.
∎ Other works as when assign by the superior(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
