Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Nursing/ paramedical from any reputed institution.
∎ B.Sc. in nursing with registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Nurse, Paramedics
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clinic, Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist medical officer(s)/ In-Charge for treatment & other related works.
∎ Responsible for providing first aid to emergency patients of factory and take necessary actions.
∎ Dispense over the counter drugs and proper referral suggestions while doctor is not available at site.
∎ Ability to step in when needed as an on call.
∎ Brainstorming during critical situation handling in patient care.
∎ Check inventory and prepare requisition accordingly.
∎ Arrange monthly maternity awareness and first aid training.
∎ Responsible to maintain injury related registers and required paperwork.
∎ Keep close eyes to the pregnant ladies working in the factory before going leave to ensure their safety issues.
∎ Caring, honest and having dedication to patients. Control & monitor first aid facilities with records in production floors.
∎ Have to perform other duties and responsibility as when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be dynamic and have good communication skills in Bangla & English both oral & written.
∎ Should have good skill on report writing and presentation. Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.
∎ Should have positive and flexible attitude.
∎ Should be a team plays having good interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
