∎ Minimum Graduation.
∎ Post-Graduation or MBA will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities and report Head office in timely manner.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended up to 2018 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e. recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and increment etc.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
∎ To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, BTMA, BGMEA).
∎ Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
∎ Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
∎ Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
∎ Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency
∎ Any other assignment as per the decision of Management
∎ Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/ Oeko-tex/ OCS/ GRS/ GOTS and other Certification Audits)
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party social compliance audit.
