Experience:
Working experience in HR & Administration with large garments industry.
Good knowledge about BLL 2006, relevant local law.
Skills Required: Payroll Processing, People Management
Should be self motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
Good communication skill and fluent in English.
Responsible for overall Admin related activities in the factory effectively & efficiently including Safety & Security, Health & Hygiene, Transport, Housekeeping, Legal & Compliance related issues.
Contribute to the implementation and development of the HR policy as per law and best practices.
Experience in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord - Alliance requirement (RSC), QMS, BSCI, SADDEX audit.
Will be responsible for grievance handling, disciplinary action & maintenance of harmonious employer-employee relationship.
Will ensure compliance of SOPs, Policies, Office Orders / Instructions issued by the Company.
To be responsible for updating ogranogram of all units/ departments as and when required.
Assist line Managers in workforce analysis/ planning.
Co-ordinate and execute the whole recruitment process.
Communicate with the internal as well as external stakeholders in recruitment issues for interview/placement/talent sourcing purposes.
Conduct employee performance appraisal as per requirement.
Conduct Exit Interview of departing staff.
Ensuring logistic support in the factory.
Assist to create company training and development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees & organize the training.
Any special assignment provided by the Department and/or Management.
