∎ Retired Non-Commissioned Officer (Army/Navy) will be given preference for the post.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a security officer to carry out the overall security of the factory.
∎ Regular inspection of security and sensitive points of the factory.
∎ Monitoring whether security personnel are performing their duties properly.
∎ Ensure correct implantation of security/safety procedures.
∎ Maintain discipline in all production areas regarding safety & security.
∎ Report to the authorities about the total security conditions of the factory every week.
∎ Coordinate with the Management and staff to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ Necessary gate passes during entry and exit of goods from the office, ensuring proper documenting of consignments.
∎ To maintain a contract with the local Police Station, Fire Station & other local authorities.
∎ Able to make proper and effective duty roster for security.
∎ Ensuring proper distribution of duty as per roster of guards.
∎ Conduct various training and security development matters for the security team.
∎ Any other official duties assigned by management.
