Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ MBA/ M.Com/ CACC or equivalent degree from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, CA CC, Customer Handling, Document Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Admin, in any manufacturer Company, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking daily collection of sales Report & Reconcile it with Bank book.
∎ Verifying all Receipts & Payments of Head Office and doing Banking activities.
∎ Assist to check & verifying factory petty cash, all received from party & H/O, salary, wages & overtime.
∎ Manage Production Plan, Manufacturing, Import, Export, L/C & Local Supply.
∎ Have to check & report on purchase, distribution, production & wastage frequently with quantity.
∎ Randomly check material requisition, gate pass, challan, fuel cost and other bills.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Audit on stock of RM, WIP, finished goods and its delivery as per sales invoice.
∎ Regular checking of all kind of purchases related documents including factory.
∎ Check and verify the all suppliers bill.
∎ Check and verify the stock (weekly or monthly basis in factory).
∎ Check all transaction like received, payment, sales, and purchase.
∎ Capable to find out discrepancy of every dealings & record.
∎ To operate Software and handle independently.
∎ Perform any other assignment as assigned by the management in time to time.
∎ Conduct special audit or task given by supervisor.
∎ Maintain VAT, TAX & AIT.
∎ Collection of customers AIT certificate.
∎ Any other assignment as per management requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experinnce in Audit Firm will be highly preferable.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be negotiable as per maching given criteria, job responsiblity & experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
