Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Materials, Cement Sales, Corporate Sales, Industrial Products sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do teamwork to achieve sales target.
∎ Developing new market for Fountech .
∎ To play the role as National Sales Manager of Fountech.
∎ To monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their performances.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
∎ To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Develop a business plan and collect information from competitors
∎ To prepare presentation & present to our Existing and potential clients.
∎ Need proper knocking to create potential buyers; should have the ability to do so is the fundamental requirements of a candidate.
∎ Arrange meeting and visit potential Customers regularly.
∎ Preparing and Demonstrate Concrete Mix design with admixture.
∎ Visiting Working site time to time.
∎ Preparation of running bills and negotiating with the client.
∎ Monitoring and comparative study with competitors and their products and promotions.
∎ Preparing daily marketing reports and implements marketing strategy.
∎ Ready to do hard works.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safety & responsible attitude.
∎ Travel frequently all over the territory.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
