∎ Candidates must have the mentality to work in the factory based on rostering assigned by the departmental head.
∎ Adequate knowledge in IAS/IFRS, Tax, VAT, and Company Act Smooth in TALLY Software operation,
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills & passion for growth.
∎ Proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
∎ Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all kinds of bill vouchers to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concerns.
∎ Check the procurement and disbursement procedures of the respective area.
∎ Check the banding bill with physical verification. Prepares reports and preserves documentation on audits for internal records.
∎ Conduct a market survey for price verification and report preparation.
∎ Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment. Check monthly Salary and wages sheet & Overtime.
∎ To be checked are all kinds of incentives, Festival Bonus, employee benefits, arrear or unpaid salary and wages, leaves encashment bills & TA/DA with records.
∎ Check new joining & migration workers' files Employees & workers attendance check & verifications.
∎ Check & verify the manpower statement.
∎ Visit Factory & depot for operational & Financial Activities checks.
∎ Physical Inventory, Cash and Fixed Assets verification.
∎ Check Bank reconciles statement.
∎ Verification of style wise closing summary.
∎ Physical inventory of closing balance of Garments.
∎ Check receipts, issue, and consumption quantity of store materials, chemicals & accessories to be check as per documents.
∎ Check fabric cutting vs. production statement.
∎ Check revenue with delivery challan & rate sheet Vouching (Factory & Head Office) Cash Book Casting.
∎ Verification of receipt payment statement.
∎ Monthly Income and expenditure statement to be checked for MIS report.
∎ Store movement, physical inventory of materials & accessories through sub store & bond.
∎ Gate pass /Challan copy of fabric/trims to be checked & verified.
∎ Physical verification of replacement items of store materials and disposal items.
∎ Waste sales and realisations.
∎ Pre-audit of the Head Office purchase bill.
∎ Check the receipt and delivery status with the challan.
∎ Checked production quality (process-wise) Checked sample Qty. with register.
∎ Daily machine-wise software production Qty. verify.
∎ Buyer & style wise daily chemical consumption is checked with a demand sheet.
∎ To be checked & verified are subcontract work, Wastage sales, realization and outstanding statements.
∎ Verify the stock register with the issued requisition.
∎ Pre-audit of all challan copies. Follow-up of previous unsettled audit observations and reconciliation of units' reply thereon. Report to the supervisor & head of the department on the audit findings.
