Job Responsibilities:
∎ Propose region-wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives. Manage region and individual performances.
∎ Create new dealer, distributor, retailer & collecting sales report concerning the annual contestant and present report to a higher authority.
∎ Building strong relationships with business partners in the region.
∎ Develop existing and new distribution channels through Dealer Management,
∎ Lead the Sales and Marketing team, People development, manpower management and arrangement of necessary training, arrange monthly, quarterly, and yearly different sales meetings in your Division.
∎ Develop to market strategy that includes direct selling, indirect selling through external rep channel, sales through Major Accounts, and sales through Key Account Operations Management.
∎ Manage Product Planning in support of the business plan and established value proposition.
∎ Meet or exceed established annual Construction Chemicals sales quotas while supporting management's profitability objectives.
∎ Develop competitive assessments, market segmentation, and targeting & SWOT analysis.
∎ Work & coordinate with Production, Planning, Brand, Corporate, Cost, MIS, Accounts, and concern department.
∎ Dealer management, year closing, dealers conference, incentives, and other promotional activities.
∎ Report on Construction Chemicals business at quarterly in National Meetings.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
∎ Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
