Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare bill, voucher & entry to software
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
∎ Managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable
∎ Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation and on-time monthly accounts preparation
