Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with major in Human Resource Management from reputed public/private university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs, prepare training modules and implement training programs in consultation with line management.
∎ Assist in building a training culture within the organization and facilitating necessary training to the employees.
∎ Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events;
∎ Measure employee information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials and making training courses pleasant.
∎ Organize monthly & annual training budgets and identify training needs for new and existing employees.
∎ Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.
∎ Assist in planning probable employee development plan, training matrix, evaluation system and training materials, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal and leadership skills, are required for the position.
∎ Teamwork, problem-solving, learning agility and strategic mindset is expected for the position.
∎ The incumbent has to be very proactive and dynamic in nature and possess go-getter attitude.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills are required.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office & Outlook.
