Educational Requirements:
∎ Fresh Masters degree in Social science/Development Studies/Economics/Anthropology/Disaster Management/Geography & Environmental Science/Gender Study/Population Science/Health Economics etc from Public University. Thesis with good academic records will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Willing to learn from learning by doing process, like to take challenges, positive attitude about development field and work anywhere in Bangladesh to be a professional fund raiser and project manager
∎ Assistance, contribution and learning from EOI, RFP, Concept Note and Project Proposal development
∎ Assistance to MIS development
∎ Learning from field level projects and qualitative and quantitative researches and assisting of them accordingly.
∎ Assistance and learning from administrative and documentation works
∎ Field level development learning with extensive field visits as per assigned duties
∎ After two-year successful completion of management trainee position, potential staff will be promoted with satisfactory increment and certificate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong willingness to learn about development issues of NGO sector
∎ No experience is required
∎ Excellent ability in speaking and writing English and Bangla languages
∎ Excellent skill on computer (MS Office, MS Excel and power point presentation)
∎ Capable to communicate regularly over internet, email, skype and mobile
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
