Educational Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with at least 3.20 CGPA from any Bangladeshi UGC approved private or public university. MBA students with a 3.20 or above running CGPA are welcome as well.

Additional Requirements:

• Educational requirements may be relaxed in case of a foreign degree with work experience.
• MBA requirement may be relaxed in case of a BBA degree with 2+ years BPO/call center experience.
• MBA requirements may be relaxed in case of a bachelor’s degree in any other field with 1+ years of managerial experience.
• Age limit is 35 years.
• English medium background will get priority.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the executives, senior executives and managers to study and analyze potential lackings in efficiency.
• Serving North American clients/customers, maintaining great internal and external relations with the supervisors and different departments.
• Conducting and supervising telemarketing, CRM/ERP/Dialer systems, customer service and back office operations.
• Reviewing daily reports, appointments and other tasks assigned to staff members and ensuring quality of service.
• Taking over escalated cases, exiting phone, conference, email and chat discussion to bring success for the team.
• Researching data, finding patterns, identifying obstacles, preparing strategies, testing and implementing them.
• Leading the staff members with confidence, showing directions and boosting production efficiency.
• Communicating with the top management with the sense of priority and urgency, eliminating internal and external conflicts to ensure a solid team spirit towards success.
• Understanding the industry with respect, patience and enthusiasm. Implementing theoretical knowledge of management into practical based on the time, place and priority.
• Taking ideas from seniors in the industry, maintaining a great connection of academic knowledge, experience based knowledge and strategic implementation.
• Bringing innovation, taking calculated risks and making confident decisions in difficult situations.

Compensation: This will be a 3 months MTO probation program. Upon successful completion of the probation, the participants will be awarded with a completion certificate and might get a chance to join the company management. During the 3 months MTO probation: Monthly Basic Salary: 30,000 BDT Monthly Bonus: 0 - 10,000 BDT (Based on performance) After successful completion if selected for a management role: Monthly Basic Salary: 40,000 BDT Monthly Bonus: 0 - 15,000 BDT (Based on performance) Other Benefits: On time salary Salary Review: Annually.
