Work time are 9 Hours

· Resolve Issues Efficiently: Answer questions, troubleshoot technical problems, process orders/returns, and handle billing inquiries. The goal is first-contact resolution (FCR).

· Manage Emotions & De-escalate: Listen actively, show empathy, and calm frustrated customers. Turning a negative experience into a positive one is critical.

· Accurate Documentation & Follow-Up: Log call details, update customer records, and flag recurring issues for other teams.
