– Monitoring KPIs like average handle time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

· Leading and developing agents – Hiring, training, coaching, and motivating staff to improve productivity and reduce turnover.

· Optimizing processes – Implementing workflows, technology, and quality assurance to boost efficiency.

· Managing resources – Scheduling staff, controlling budgets, and handling escalations or crisis situations.
