Facebook এবং WhatsApp-এ গ্রাহকদের বার্তার দ্রুত, সঠিক ও পেশাদার প্রতিক্রিয়া প্রদান করা।
শুদ্ধ উচ্চারণে কথা বলার দক্ষতা এবং ক্যামেরার সামনে আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে উপস্থাপনের সক্ষমতা থাকা।
ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত অর্ডারসমূহ যাচাইয়ের জন্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে টেলিফোনে যোগাযোগ করা, অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা।
সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের নিয়মিত পরিদর্শন এবং ফলো-আপ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
স্মার্ট, উপস্থিত বুদ্ধিসম্পন্ন এবং পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী দ্রুত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে সক্ষম হওয়া।
কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
