Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Candidates who have experience of 1 year or above in AUS & USA campaign are preferred.

  • Freshers from English medium background with a natural English accent are encouraged to join us!

  • Excellent English speaking & listening will be given highest priority regardless of experience !!

  • Basic computer operating knowledge such as Excel, Spreadsheet, Notes, etc.



Responsibilities & Context:

•       Call potential prospects to schedule appointment.

•       Find out customer's concerns then suggest solutions accordingly.

•       Accurately record feedback, reactions & information in into our CRM database.

•       Lead the conversation & understand Customer requirements to close the call.

•       Remain coachable & work with the team & trainer to meet quality & quota.
