Experience:
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Follow up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
Build long-term relationships to increase trust and retention
Identify at-risk customers and take proactive retention steps
Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution
Escalate complex issues when required
Maintain records of customer interactions
Ensure a smooth experience across all touchpoints
Execute customer loyalty and engagement campaigns
Support promotional activities, offers, and follow-ups
Encourage repeat investment and referrals
Collect feedback and share insights
Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Create basic graphics/designs for:
Social media posts
Promotional banners
Customer communication (WhatsApp/email creatives)
Use tools like Canva / basic design software
Coordinate with professional designers for advanced work (if needed)
Support social media engagement and responses
Update customer database and CRM regularly
Track KPIs (response time, engagement, retention)
Prepare simple reports on customer feedback and activity
