Responsibilities & Context:

1. Record and maintain all financial transactions.

2. Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, journals, and ledger entries.

3. Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.

4. Monitor funding disbursements and repayment collections from funded businesses.

5. Track installment schedules and follow up on overdue payments.

6. Prepare collection reports, overdue reports, and aging analysis.

7. Reconcile bank accounts, mobile financial service accounts, and cash balances.

8. Maintain investor-wise transaction records and account statements.

9. Assist in profit-sharing calculations and investor payout processing.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.

11. Maintain proper documentation of funding agreements, payment records, and financial files.

12. Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and reports.

13. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

14. Coordinate with Collection & Recovery team regarding overdue accounts.

15. Respond to investor financial queries and provide account-related information.

16. Prepare and share periodic collection, recovery, and portfolio performance updates with investors.

17. Assist management in cash flow monitoring and financial planning.

18. Perform any other accounts and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
