Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and confirm orders

• Reply to customer messages professionally and promptly

• Manage courier and delivery process efficiently

• Update and manage products on the company website

• Maintain daily sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel

• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to achieve targets

• Ensure smooth customer experience and order processing
