Our team handles guest inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high-quality assistance that meets international standards. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join us in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients via phone calls and emails
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with team members using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction
