Job Responsibilities

• Executing daily voice operations and successfully generating high-quality warm leads across multiple outbound telemarketing campaigns.

• Improving and operating specialized North American real estate management initiatives, primarily focusing on initial portfolio onboarding and management.

• Reviewing daily performance reports to identify discrepancies, revenue leakages, and operational errors for formal presentation to the higher management.

• Liaising with probationary personnel to identify performance obstacles and facilitate seamless cultural integration during the initial onboarding phase.

• Identifying interpersonal or departmental conflicts, developing comprehensive resolution frameworks, and preparing strategic recommendations.

• Researching psychological motivation and emotional triggers to develop, pilot, and refine strategic engagement methodologies for diverse team environments.

• Performing internal audits to mitigate opportunity loss, bridge communication voids, and uphold superior standards for internal and external stakeholder collaboration.
