Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive will be the first point of contact at the service center reception, responsible for handling customer queries, receiving service-related calls, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service team. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle all incoming service-related calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Register customer complaints, service requests, and product issues accurately in the system

  • Provide initial guidance and basic troubleshooting support to customers (if applicable)

  • Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Follow up on pending service requests and update customers regularly

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback

  • Manage front desk/reception activities at the service center

  • Ensure proper call routing to relevant departments or personnel

  • Handle walk-in customers and guide them through service procedures

  • Maintain service center etiquette and ensure a positive customer experience

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned authority
