We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Intern to join our growing team at Vivid Soft Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients from our provided database and converting leads into successful sales or setting up meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Reach out to potential customers using the leads provided by the company.

• Sales Outreach: Explain our software features and benefits to prospective clients over the phone.

• Conversion: Successfully confirm sales or schedule professional Demo/Meetings for the senior sales team.

• Performance: Consistently work towards achieving the monthly Sales Objectives set by the management.

• Reporting: Maintain and update daily call logs and customer status reports.

• Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups with interested clients to close deals.
  

Educational Requirements:

• Current students or recent graduates from any reputable university or college (BBA/CSE/Marketing preferred)
  

Additional Requirements:

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Persuasion: Strong ability to convince and handle customer objections professionally.

• Attitude: Must be proactive, patient, and hungry for growth.
