Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibility:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

2. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

3. Provide friendly and responsive customer service, build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

4. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth customer support.

5. Proactively identify customer requirements and fulfill with sincerity and due diligence.

6. Manage and resolve customer complaints.

7. Other duties assigned by Team Lead.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.

2. Female candidates only.

3. Freshers/ Previous experience for 1-2 years in a customer experience role.

4. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

5. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
