Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in day-to-day HR & Compliance operations.
Support recruitment, attendance, and personnel file management.
Help organize training, awareness, and committee meetings (Safety, Participation, Welfare).
Maintain compliance documentation and update legal & buyer requirements.
Participate in internal audits, CAPA follow-ups, and compliance improvement initiatives.
Work closely with HR & Compliance teams to implement factory policies effectively.
