Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with managers to plan the work output for the organization
∎ Gaining experience and perspective by working with different departments of the organization, such as Design & Development, Construction, Customer relations, sales and marketing.
∎ Fixing appointments with customers and meeting them in person to facilitate project visits. Consulting them about the company and lifestyle solutions.
∎ Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
∎ Consistently follow up with qualified leads and nurture lead database
∎ Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
∎ Periodically communicating with existing clients to generate new opportunities.
∎ Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, loan facilities, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
∎ "Always be consulting" by providing ERE clients with best service and very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.
∎ Contributing to the development of marketing and sales strategies.
∎ Conducting market research on rival products.
∎ Updating in ERP of customer segmentation information and customer profiling within the stipulated time.
∎ Develop and maintain a meaningful relationship with the business house and create business opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
