Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Communication, Computer skill, Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), HR Operations, Marketing Campaigns
Job Context:
∎ Must have excellent writing skills both English & Bengali
∎ Basic computer knowledge;
∎ Good oral communication skill;
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill;
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute day-to-day corporate functions that include communication, recruitment & selection process, leave & attendance management, Performance Appraisal etc.
∎ Drafting office reports, notes, notices, circulars, e-mails, letters, policies, meeting minutes and any other issues finalizing and circulating as per instruction;
∎ Operate Facebook Page, Facebook ID , Live Streams , Messenger and other medias;
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business;
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction;
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions;
∎ Directional Marketing of products and services;
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem;
∎ Operate Facebook Page, Facebook ID , Live Streams , Messenger and other medias ( including Photo Shoot, Modeling) ;
∎ Report time to time to the authority for complicated issues;
∎ Any other works assigned by the authority.

∎ Age at most 27 years
