Educational Requirements:
∎ should be a graduate / post-graduate in Business Administration (preferably major in Finance) from recognized universities having GPA: 5.00 in both S.S.C & H.S.C levels on a scale of 5.00 and CGPA: minimum 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in BBA & MBA levels respectively in their academic career.

∎ At present, the Company invites application for the following position from deserving candidates.
∎ Management Trainees are usually the Fast Trackers and consistent high performers with potential to succeed in the future leadership positions, and the Company`s approach is to train, nurture, and utilize the full potential of the intrinsic talents of ambitious individuals under a collective team approach.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills; high intellectual ability, enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking; creativity and adaptability are desired. Excellent command over English language and computer skills are essential.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The selected candidates will be on probation period with monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 50,000/= only. On successful completion of probation period, the employees will be confirmed in the rank of Senior Executive under the Company's regular pay scale.
