∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidates who have experience in the club activity / business competition will also be given priority.
∎ North South University,Bangladesh University of Professionals,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Good comunication skill, Google Spread Sheet, Management, Microsoft Office Applications, Proactive

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development of SOPs for the company's diverse business verticals
∎ Support in the preparation of the process flow of the business's core operations
∎ Develop and deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights
∎ Interpret key business data sets
∎ Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements
∎ Work cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft office
∎ Google G-suite
∎ Ability to learn new things
∎ Proactive
∎ BBA Majoring in HR/MIS/Management
∎ BBA Incumbent who has completed all the courses (Those who are still doing courses are requested not to apply)
∎ Minimum CGPA Requirement: 2.70
