∎ Diploma-In- Textiles Technologies/ B.sc In Textile Technologies from any reputed University
∎ Candidates will get more preferable if the background is from IE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Management Information System Officer.
∎ The desired candidate will be responsible to perform as MIS Officer.
∎ Job Location - Starlight Sweater Factory (Sister Concern of Labib Group).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate with Merchandising Team for making new Order flow chart.
∎ To communicate with merchandising team for making order Recape.
∎ To prepare daily production report.
∎ To make daily manpower statement by taking the help from HR section.
∎ To prepare man / Machine ration/report.
∎ To communicate with factory Top management
∎ Achieve plant utilization and production target along with quality.
∎ Have to work very closely with the whole production team to meet the production target within the lead time.
∎ To motivate production team and utilize labor to achieve production target
∎ In case of major problems, inform the department head to solve or implement the alternate options
∎ Ensure the quality of the yarn as per the yarn standard of buyer.
∎ Ensure harmless yarn production to up the buyers' requirements.
∎ Ensure yarns' dimensional stability as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Ensure finishing production target on daily basis.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Salary: Negotiable
