Job Responsibilities:
∎ Electric:
∎ Monitor Sub-Station to all floors Electric DB, SDB Board
∎ Maintain and Remove troubleshooting all Electrical Equipment
∎ Knowing equipment safety systems and processes.
∎ Cable lay in and pulling.
∎ Internal building warring.
∎ Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
∎ Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, Generator
∎ Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
∎ Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
∎ Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
∎ Maintain all Electric Documents for Audit
∎ AC:
∎ Ensure AC Maintenance and Remove Troubleshooting
∎ Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
∎ Responsible air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
∎ Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
∎ Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
∎ Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
∎ Assist in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/Supplied.
∎ Ensure that the Air Conditioning system is ON at the right time.
∎ Trouble shoots, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment.
∎ Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
∎ Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
∎ Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
∎ Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed.
∎ Others:
∎ Schedule Maintenance Generator On Line UPS, Water Pump, Water Geyser, Water Heater & other Electric / Electronic equipment's
∎ Inspecting various office equipment and conducting routine maintenance,
∎ Monitor expanses and control the budget for maintenance
∎ Supervise the work of technicians, Office Boy, Office Cleaner and give them guidance when needed
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for the management
∎ Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
∎ Develop standard maintenance procedures & ensure implementation
∎ Monitor equipment inventory and place order when necessary
∎ Must have the capability to solve emergency maintenance issues
