• Good command of MS Office, ERP, and maintenance management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in Woven Factory(Padding Jacket & Others) to lead our maintenance team. The role requires ensuring smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and technical efficiency of all factory machinery to achieve uninterrupted production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance department and ensure all sweater and padding jacket machines are in proper working condition.
• Plan, implement, and oversee preventive & corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues and provide quick solutions.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure machine readiness for production targets.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability when required.
• Develop and train the maintenance team for skill enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare regular reports on machine performance, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Recommend and implement machinery upgrades or modifications for productivity improvement.
