Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyse maintenance needs by considering the machine breakdown history and the maintenance task list.
∎ Develop a maintenance action plan tailored to the characteristics of each machine to ensure effective maintenance and prevent Break Down that causes Unplanned Stops.
∎ Create a maintenance schedule based on needs, repair history, and pending repairs.
∎ Analyse machine breakdowns for corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
∎ Create a PM-Card (Progressive Maintenance) for each breakdown/finding to identify the root cause of machine issues and establish preventive measures to avoid similar problems.
∎ Periodically review the maintenance schedule (MP&S) to improve machine effectiveness and efficiency for optimal performance.
∎ Provide training and technical skill development to Equipment Owners (Machine Operators) to enable them to perform troubleshooting and handle operational issues with the machines.
∎ Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
∎ Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement and sustain IWS/TPM practices, ensuring high equipment availability and operational excellence.
∎ Must be willing to work in any shift (Day/Night) Responsibility to maintain all the required spare parts of machine, which needed certainly.
∎ Maintain checklist of electrical machineries and keeping maintenance records.
∎ Key participation in audit for ISO 9001 & Food Safety FSSC22000.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management
