Experience:
Bachelor/Honors – Major in Marketing from any reputed institute.
Masters/MBA – Major in Marketing from any reputed institute.
Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in (Flexipak)packaging industries, and solid understanding of sales, marketing and budgeting.
Strong convincing and analytical power with problem-solving skills, ability to implement effective solutions and high potentiality to handling customer.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with sales and marketing development and continuous improvement.
Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
Fluent in spoken & written English and Bangla as well as very good in listening.
Familiar with MS Office package and Internet Browsing.
Should have a "Can Do Attitude".
Ready to work extra hours irrespective of duty schedule based on emergency situations.
Create and oversee flexipack pakaging strategy, including sourcing, equipment, supplies, inventory and related materials.
Assist in preparing reports, planning budgets, setting production schedules, pricing products.
Making sales budget based on estimated consumer demand, sales data, and industry knowledge.
Oversee Sales record and reporting, including inventory and other data categories.
Update daily and weekly sales communication with management.
Have a deep understanding of flexipack and labeling issues and able to recommend and implement solutions.
To coordinate with existing clients on regular basis to retain existing business as well as to generate new business.
Identify new markets, pricing strategies and business opportunities & to update the latest changes in product trends / marketing trends and implement marketing strategies for the growth of the organization.
Review your own sales performance and customer wise payment collections & submit that report to the management on weekly/monthly basis.
Visit existing & potential customers for business growth.
Effective closure of sales deals with customer satisfaction.
Drafting action plans for every external & internal marketing activity.
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contacts / meetings.
To collect customer feedback annually & escalate up-line in case of any complaints.
Quote price and lead times through coordination with plants, internal resources and use of pricing matrix.
Follow up for orders, collection of payments, delivery schedule, closing orders with timely dispatches.
Handling customers & distributors queries/ complaints & provide satisfactory feedback.
Regular Communication with factory representative on production status, delivery status, and quality status etc.
